We help college students figure out what they want in a career

The Introships program is designed to introduce you to a wide variety of careers, so you get a better idea of where you would thrive. The program organizes, accelerates, and broadens your career discovery process, and introduces you to a network of people who can help you pursue your career direction.

Understand your Strengths

We do individual testing to determine what each students natural strengths are, so that you can leverage your own particular superpowers.

Find a Direction

Next you will figure out what's interesting to you by listening to 32+ presentations by top professionals about what they do, how they got to where they are, and what they wished they knew when they were in college.

Build a Network

Finally you will have a chance to connect with the professionals who can help you learn more about the direction you have chosen, and potentially learn about internship or job opportunities.
